How it works
Three steps, and the season is up and running
Nothing to install. The board sets things up once and, each season, just marks who has paid.
Add your members
Add them by hand or we’ll import the list you already have. Each member gets a card with their own QR code, in PVC or on paper.
Open the season
Mark who has paid the fee and which zones they may go to. The card doesn’t change: what it says when scanned does.
Checkers scan
A warden, a ranger or a landowner scans the QR code with their phone and sees the verdict straight away.

Frequently asked questions
What if there’s no signal in the woods?
We’ve planned for it. The checker can compare the ID document with the card and call the board, or take a photo of the QR code and check it later: the card page shows whether it was valid at that date and time. The page is also very light and opens even with one bar of signal.
Do we need to install an app?
No. The checker uses their phone camera, like with any QR code. The board signs in from a browser, on a computer or a phone.
What does the person scanning the card see?
What they need to identify the member and know whether they may be there: the verdict, the name, the member number, the last digits of the ID number, the zones, the vehicles and the season. Not the address, the phone number or the full ID number.
Where is members’ data stored?
On servers in the European Union. The ID number is never stored in full: only the last digits and a fingerprint for manual checks. Card pages don’t show up in search engines.
Can we have our own card design?
Yes. You can make it with the board’s editor, starting from a template with your logo and colours, or we can design it for you. Cards can be made in PVC, at a print shop or on paper.
What if we want to stop one day?
You can export all your data at any time (the member list as CSV and a full copy) and leave with no lock-in.
