2. What this website is

validpass.app presents ValidPass, a QR membership card service for associations, and hosts all of its parts:

• each association’s pages and the card pages, where anyone can check on the spot whether a card is valid;
• the board area, the private part where each association manages its members and its cards;
• information about the service and these legal documents.

Subscribing to the service is governed by the terms of service.

3. How it may be used

You may use the website freely, in good faith and in accordance with the law. You may not:

• try to get into areas you have no access to, or get round the security measures;
• make large numbers of automated requests, systematically copy the content or overload the service (search engines that respect the robots.txt file are welcome);
• introduce malware or anything else that could damage it;
• use the card pages or the manual check for anything other than checking a card, and in particular collect or copy the data they show.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

• The texts, design, software, the ValidPass name and its logo belong to Treserras Multimèdia SL or are used with their owners’ permission. You may view them, print them for personal use and share links to them. Any other use requires our written permission.
• Each association’s name, logo, card designs and texts belong to that association.
• Some components, such as the typefaces, are open source and are governed by their own licences.

5. Liability

• We do our best to keep the information on the website accurate and the website always available, but we cannot guarantee that there will be no errors or interruptions.
• The information on each association’s pages and on the card pages is entered and kept up to date by the association, which is responsible for it. If you spot an error, please contact the association.
• Links to other websites are provided for convenience: we do not control their content. If we are told that a link leads to unlawful content, we will remove it.
• Nothing in this notice limits your statutory rights.

6. Personal data and cookies

How we handle personal data is explained in the privacy policy, and which cookies the website uses, in the cookie policy.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be settled by the courts that have jurisdiction under the law; if you are a consumer, by those of your place of residence.
