Questions about pricing
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. All prices on the website include VAT: they are what you pay. The invoice shows the base and the VAT separately.
Who counts as a member?
The season’s active members. If you go over the limit, nothing gets blocked: at renewal we’ll suggest the plan that fits.
How do we pay?
By bank transfer, against an invoice, once a year.
How does the trial work?
For 30 days you can use everything with your members, free of charge. Card PDFs carry a watermark and only the first cards come out complete; once you activate the subscription, they all do.
Is there a minimum term?
No. The subscription is yearly and, if you don’t want to renew, just tell us before the renewal date.
What happens at renewal?
We send you the invoice for the new season. The cards stay the same: you just open the new season and mark who has paid.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. Every payment has an invoice in the association’s name, with the base and VAT shown separately. You’ll find them all in the back office.
Do you have prices for federations?
Yes. If you’re a federation or a group of associations, we’ll give you a joint price and help you get them all started at once.
