Hunting clubs
The card a warden checks in a second
Areas, vehicles and seasons on a QR card that lasts for years. The warden or ranger scans it and sees whether the member may hunt today, and where.
Paper can’t keep up
Cards to remake every season, printed lists that are never up to date, calls to the chair at seven on a Saturday morning. With ValidPass, the card always says what is current.
How it helps
What your club already does, in one place and always up to date.
- One card for yearsIn PVC or on paper. Each season, just mark who has paid the fee.
- Hunting areasWhich areas each member may hunt in. The warden sees it when scanning the card.
- VehiclesMembers’ number plates, to check the cars parked in the area.
- Seasons with periodsThe periods of the season. The card says whether today is within one.
Coming next
We’re building these with hunting clubs. If you’re interested, let’s talk.
- GuestsDay permits for guests, with their own QR code.
- Licence and insuranceLicence and insurance on the card, with a reminder before they expire.
- Driven huntsWho takes part in each driven hunt, and at which peg.
- WardensAccess for the club’s wardens, with a log of their checks.
We’re looking for pilot clubs
The first clubs will get the pioneer price and help us decide what to build first.
Frequently asked questions
What about members who don’t use a smartphone?
No problem: the phone is for whoever checks. The member just carries the card. You can also print each member’s sheet on paper, with the QR code and a box for the stamp.
What if there’s no signal in the woods?
We’ve planned for it. The checker can compare the ID document with the card and call the board, or take a photo of the QR code and check it later: the card page shows whether it was valid at that date and time. The page is also very light and opens even with one bar of signal.
How much does it cost for a club like ours?
It depends on how many members you have. The pricing page shows the cost per member per year, VAT included.

We’ll help you bring over your member list and set up your areas. If it’s not for you, you pay nothing.
